YARM RETIREMENT VILLAGE SET TO COME TO LIFE
14/08/2013Work is expected to start soon on the ambitious £100million Mount Leven retirement village in Yarm that will bring hundreds of jobs and major overseas investment into the Tees Valley.
Planning permission was recently granted for an integrated state-of-the-art village community for older and retired people with high quality buildings constructed to Level 5 of the Code of Sustainable Homes, with social, cultural and leisure facilities. Completion of the prestigious development could be in as little as two years.
Major investors from the UAE are expected to visit the site shortly ahead of work starting on site.
